Eric has over 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry, working as a network engineer and cable plant designer the vast majority of that time. He's a veteran of the United States Navy, serving in Desert Shield and Desert Storm as an Interior Communications Electrician from 1989 to 1993 when he was honorably discharged. He earned his RCDD certification in 1999, NTS certification in 2001 and has twice passed the Cisco Certified Network Analyst exam. Eric started with the company in November of 2017.
