Joseph A. O'Rourke is the Owner and President of O'Rourke Construction Co., Inc, a residential custom home building company with completed residences across the South Jersey area. He is also the owner and Managing Partner of Main Street Building and Development, LLC, a commercial building and development company with completed commercial projects in Vineland, Millville, Bridgeton and Washington Township. Joe has a degree in Engineering from Drexel University. His vast construction work experience includes his role as a project engineer for US GEN, a Bechtel Construction and PG&E Partnership. There he worked on the design, construction and operation of industrial power generating facilities. Joe also has qualified OSHA training and extensive safety experience for industrial construction and general industry. Before joining O'Rourke Construction in 2003, she worked for The Sinclair Group, a commercial construction firm located in Tampa, FL, as an administrative assistant. Julie exhibits excellent customer service skills and assists with construction design, planning and coordination including completing and submitting municipal permit packages, construction bid packages and associated construction and administrative documents. Steven R. Stein

Steven R. Stein is the Project Development and Design Associate for Main Street Building and Development, LLC and O'Rourke Construction Co., Inc. Steven graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering and a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering. Before joining Main Street in March of 2009, Steven was a Project Structural Engineer for Cubellis in Philadelphia, PA. While there he actively worked with architects and building owners in the design, construction and administration of new offices, warehouses, shopping malls, academic buildings. Steven has designed complete structural systems for buildings both nationally and overseas. Today, Steven is responsible for all pre-development services for MSBD and OCC, including project development and bid packages, project estimating, design review, utility requirement coordination and proposal delivery.
