MARY BEAN DESIGN

After graduation from Montserrat College of Art in Beverly, Massachusetts, I began my career in 1997 working in Boston for Interactive Factory, my title was Production & Integration Designer. I was one of five core team members hired onto the LEGO® Mindstorms project and its later released, expansion sets. We also worked in conjunction with Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to develop the educational version of Mindstorms. Soon after, LEGO and FIRST joined forces to launch a junior robotics program with 200 teams in the pilot. I am proud to have been a part of the original LEGO robotics team...
