What is Maximum Impact Sports Training About? Max Impact was established in April of 2011 by Owner Dennis Smeding. Max Impact is dedicated to each and every player who walks in our doors. We are a family oriented business who strives to make each player better. We strive to provide players with top notch instruction to help them reach their Max ability in every area of the sport. Max Impact is an indoor, turfed facility with state of the art lighting. Our staff is fully trained and directed under Dennis Smeding who has 20 years of professional instruction/coaching experience. All of our staff commit all of their energy to player development. We don't teach how we played baseball/softball... we teach the absolutes that all players must have to play at their optimum level.
