After working on the Western Slope in various construction capacities for more than forty years, Merritt Sixbey and Brian Holton formed Merritt & Associates G.C., Inc. in 2008. Taking a risk when many contractors were closing their doors Merritt & Brian started the company with the intention of supplying a high-quality product at a fair price. Opening the company in the middle of the recession right as the housing bubble hit its lowest point, they understood that in order to succeed, they needed to gather a team of like-minded individuals. Together they hired a management team possessing more than one hundred years of combined construction experience that believed in what Merritt & Brian wanted to achieve...
