Emira Perezic - VP of Sales

Born and raised in New York City, hospitality runs through Emira's veins being the daughter of a general manager at a luxury boutique hotel. Emira's early exposure to luxury service paved a natural course to Boston University's, School of Hospitality Administration. Her continued academic success landed her a position at the acclaimed Waldorf Astoria in New York immediately upon graduation. As a sponge for knowledge with a tireless work ethic, Emira was able to parley her experience at the Waldorf into a golden ticket within the hospitality arena. Landing at the Conrad Hotel and eventually opening the renowned private event space Aspire atop One World Observatory Emira's trajectory towards success had no ceiling. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, a stellar attention to detail, the ability to lead, educate, and derive a mutual respect amongst her peers, it was instantly evident that she would be a perfect complement to the MSE Team. Today, as the Director of Sales for MSE, Emira and Michael work side by side as they collaborate on any and all MSE events. Emira's contagious pledge to the excellence of the product that she has helped develop, results in our clientele's continued applause for the MSE brand. Emira is the back bone of the MSE integrity and is the fortitude of the bridge of communication between the sales and production teams.

James Paolantonio - COO

If raw talent and potential were a sport, James would be an Olympic Gold medalist. As the Operations Manager for MSE, JP is tasked with the coordination and execution of all logistics, both internally as well as during event production. James brings his talents and work ethic to MSE and will tell you his career has officially begun at MSE. Each and every client and event is given the same unparalleled attention from James - and you will often see him working overtime, going above and beyond - whether it's late into the night or on the weekend - to ensure that our events are a wild success. Always a big dreamer, every day James witnesses the team exceeding not only the expectations of the clients - but also his own.

Julian Salazar

Although a "foodie" at heart, Julian fell into catering largely by accident. What started as a part-time job while he pursued a career in Audio Engineering quickly evolved into something more. Joining the MSE family at its infancy, Julian and Michael came up together in the grueling - yet gratifying - world of catering. Julian has stood by Michael's side through each and every evolvement of the Michael Scott brand. Julian genuinely tries to tailor his entire operation to suit the client's needs. As Director of Operations, he is always ready to step up to the challenge. Responsible for each and every detail of event production, Julian acts as our brand ambassador. He is devoted to the integrity upon which MSE thrives

Michael Waiser

Michael's beliefs in quality, honesty, and integrity began as young man whose values were instilled in him through a strong upbringing. This is exemplified by his commitment to putting forth a product and service defined by the company's credo, "Your Taste, Our Style." Michael began his professional exploration at the famed Studio 54, where he managed their food and beverage concession for the acclaimed production "Cabaret," and the newly re-opened club, "Upstairs at Studio 54." Here he discovered his true passions: Special Event Production and Culinary Operations. He followed these passions to The Marriott/Sodexo Corporation as the Director of Catering for ABC Television, where he recognized his desire to create rather than facilitate. Now, as the owner of Michael Scott Events, he has taken and expanded upon his experience to develop one of the most celebrated catering companies in NYC.
