MULJAT GROUP NORTH - Key Persons
Carrie started at Muljat as a front desk admin back in 2016 and has since worked her way up to becoming the office Transaction Coordinator. Although she is a licensed agent, she primarily deals with the back end of transactions making sure that each agent is organized and able to serve their clients well.
She assists all the agents in the office but works more closely with the Jerry Blankers Team. Her focus is on maintaining strong client relationships as well as keeping a solid social media presence.
Carrie was a student athlete at Saint Martins University, graduating with a Master's degree in business and accounting. Carrie and her husband, Preston welcomed a new baby boy in December of 2021. So, when she's not at the office, she's spending quality time with her growing family. She has found a nice balance between work and motherhood and is grateful to be able to continue helping serve our community's real estate needs!
Jessica Bouwman got her real estate license in March of 2015 and has enjoyed serving the local community in a big way. She feels that her background as a pre-school teacher gives her invaluable experience and knowledge of families and their housing needs. As a teacher, she connected with many families from diverse backgrounds and gained a good deal of insight into what did and didn't work for them in their current homes.
As you might expect from a teacher, Jessica loves working with people and helping them achieve their goals. She especially loves assisting first-time homebuyers and families find their dream homes or get ready to sell and move on. Both sides of the transaction are exciting to her, and she welcomes each challenge that comes her way. Jessica works alongside her dad, Fred Polinder where they specialize in the niche market of farming and agriculture.
Jessica enjoys spending her free time working in her garden and watching her kids' sporting events. Jessica's enthusiasm for working with and meeting new people spell success for her clients!
