MULLARDOCH COTTAGES

Situated by the side of Loch Duich, Mullardoch Cottages offer a tranquil retreat in the Scottish Highlands with stunning views over the lochs and the mountains of Kintail. The three comfortable single-story cottages sleep 2 to 4 people and are ideally located for touring north-west Scotland and visiting the nearby Isle of Skye, making this the perfect location for walkers and mountain climbers... We also offer free 1 hour boat trip for all our cottage guests if they wish. The boat can be hired for extended trips for sightseeing or fishing as well... The village of Inverinate lies along the coastline of Loch Duich about 4 miles east of the village of Dornie with its iconic Eilean Donan Castle, probably one of the most photographed castles in Scotland. The Isle of Skye lies 12 miles to the west and can be reached via the now toll-free Skye bridge. Nearby is the pretty fishing village of Plockton, which has featured in a number of films and television shows. Plockton is also well known..
