10/10 Experience - Highly Satisfied From start to finish, Mike and Pete of National Pool and Spa of Robbinsville made my hot tub purchasing process a breeze. They consistently kept me up to date as to the tubs production and transit status with what the next steps would be. When it arrived at the NJ warehouse, they were able to have a quick delivery schedule. The team that delivered the tub did so with great care and put it exactly where I wanted. The tub was in flawless condition and works perfectly. They even got me in touch with an electrician who did a stellar job hooking it up as well. I've been utilizing the Hillsborough store of National Pools for 20 years and I couldn't manage my pool without them!! The free water testing is a lifesaver!! They always have everything I need and have taught me how to keep my pool going! Vinnie is always super helpful and goes the extra mile for his customers!!! All the staff is always friendly and helpful. Only pool store I will go to!
