I joined the NCBIA in January 2013 and have over a thirty-year career in the building and real estate industry. Holding the following designations: MIRM, CSP, MCSP, CGP, CMP, and GRI from the National Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Realtors. I am ready and willing to help our members with whatever their needs may be. The NCBIA leadership is dedicated to the industry and the communities we serve. We strive to retain membership and increase member involvement. Membership is our lifeblood and great numbers equal greater influence. I have been in the building industry for over thirty years. Starting out of high school through a vocational carpentry program and worked for both small, local, and large national organizations. I have been with my current employer for the past twenty-three years and my current role is Area President of Cleveland West, K. Hovnanian Homes. Being an Ohio resident all my life and a Lorain County resident for the past twenty years, I am dedicated to the communities we serve and the construction industry which is one of the best industries in our great nation. I am grateful and proud to lead the NCBIA as it provides opportunities to network, build relationships, and work together to not only promote a rewarding career in the trades, but also build the American dream of homeownership. I encourage all members of this association to get involved in any way that they can to support the growth of the NCBIA, as I guarantee it will be mutually beneficial to both the members and the association.
