Alicia (Ali) Craig-Rodriguez, DNP, MBA, ARNP, FNP-BC, DipACLM is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Lifestyle Medicine Professional who serves as FSU College of Nursing's Entrepreneur-in-Residence and Jonas Nurse Leader Scholar. As a former President and Chief Operating Officer of two nationally recognized clinical research organizations, Dr. Craig-Rodriguez is committed to advancing knowledge in the areas of leadership, entrepreneurship, and health promotion in clinical practice. Dr. Craig-Rodriguez leads the Lifestyle Medicine DNP and Lifestyle Medicine Post master's Certificate Program. Her current integrative health practice is focused on Lifestyle and Functional Medicine, where she is dedicated to helping her patients identify the underlying triggers of their chronic illness, and with pharmacologic and evidence-based lifestyle approaches, assists them in restoring function and achieving optimal health.

Dr. Zegers is an Associate Professor at Florida State University in the College of Nursing for the Florida FIRST Health- Science brigade. She came here from the School of Nursing at the University of Kansas where she was an Assistant Professor; and an Emergency Department Nurse Practitioner at University Health - Truman Medical Center. She earned her Ph.D. in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also earned her Master's in Business Administration from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. Dr. Zegers' research interests include health literacy and policy in underserved populations, she has a specialized interest in advancing health literacy through improved communication and application strategies in rural Hispanic/Latino and rural populations.

(KAY-see shah-vee-AIR HALL) has expertise in mixed-methods community-based research addressing sexual, gender, and racial health disparities. Broadly speaking his work addresses multilevel influences on sexual health, violence, and mental health.
Dr. Xavier Hall's work strives to increase access to culturally appropriate care and interventions especially among sexual and gender minorities, survivors of violence, and people living with HIV. In addition to observational studies examining risk factors for sexual, violence, and mental health disparities, his previous work has included the development and cultural adaptation of measures for intimate partner violence, spousal homicide risk, and intersectional stigma for use in clinical settings. More recently, Dr. Xavier Hall has employed the use of implementation science frameworks to improve the roll-out of Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV prevention as well as behavioral e-interventions.
In addition to his work in the U.S., Dr. Xavier Hall has considerable experience in global health including past projects in Burkina Faso, People's Republic of China, Haiti, India, Uganda, Tanzania, Brazil, Tajikistan, and Panama.

Dr. Carla Dormeus, EdD, MS, CHSOS, CHSE, has been involved in higher education for the past 22 years. She dedicated the last 14 to simulation as a training tool for healthcare students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Healthcare is an evolving field where new technologies meet with the practice of medicine. As educators, especially in healthcare, she feels that there is a need to design instructional activities to maximize performance improvement and, therefore, patient safety. Her research interests focus on implementing best practices and evaluating a simulation program that meets the needs for educating students in healthcare professions and refreshing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of employers and employees in the healthcare community.

Dr. Ellyn Couillard is a student affairs professional with over fifteen years of experience working in various areas of education. She has a passion for students and supports them holistically on their journeys. Dr. Couillard has worked in a multitude of areas in student affairs and student success including counseling, academic support, tutoring, career services, student organizations, leadership, and accessibility/disability support. Her research interests are in healthcare profession student development, service-learning, student success, and diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Dr. Erik M. Salsgiver is a registered nurse and board-certified family nurse practitioner. His career has included clinical practice in critical care, cardiology, interventional procedural nursing, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. He also held roles as an educator and leader in multiple healthcare settings before coming to FSU. Erik provided oversight and input for projects such as developing nursing workforce, processes, and practice guidelines to facilitate the opening of a critical access hospital; defining and establishing a professional nursing role for interventional radiology within a large tertiary medical center, and development of educational and therapeutic interventions for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and congestive heart failure patients.
His areas of interest include dietary and lifestyle interventions to decrease cardiometabolic risk, nursing practice/process improvement, and educating/equipping patients to take an active role in their health. In his instruction, Erik emphasizes using the nursing process to identify priority patient needs and enact evidence-based interventions to address them. He also works to instill the value of lifelong learning to help students achieve the highest level of excellence in practice and adapt to rapid changes in healthcare delivery.

Eileen Cormier, PhD, RN, CNE is a committed educator and researcher who includes students from nursing and other disciplines in her research. Her research examines decision-making processes in a variety of contexts, including parents of children with ADHD, parents who choose to deviate from the standard pediatric immunization schedule, students who become pregnant while attending nursing school, African American women who have contracted HIV from their male partners, and nurses responding to complex critical care and psychiatric scenarios.
She also engages in collaborative research focused on deliberate practice interventions, mental health literacy, depressive symptoms in post-partum mothers and factors influencing child obesity. She has received funding from the American Psychiatric Nurses Foundation.
