Adam Llewellyn

Adam is a practice trainer for dental therapists and is Denplan Excel accredited. Outside work Adam is a qualified ski instructor, marathon runner and enjoys paramotoring.

Alex Edwards

Alex, originally from Cardigan was raised in Swansea and graduated from Cardiff University. He then worked in Milford Haven before joining us in September 2017. He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but in particular enjoys the challenge of getting nervous patients over their fear of the dentist. Outside work, he follows a range of sports (particularly football) and has a keen interest in music.

Christina Evans

Christina, originally from Ukraine, qualified from Cardiff Dental School in 2007 with honours. After qualifying she completed her two year General Professional Training working as a Senior House Officer in the restorative and oral medicine departments of Cardiff Dental School; a Community Dentist at Ely clinic, treating children and vulnerable adults; and in general practice in Cardiff. In 2011 Christina successfully gained entry into the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, obtaining her MFDS qualification. She joined the Old Oak team in June 2011. Christina enjoys all aspects of dentistry, however general family dental care, oral health promotion and education of children, restorative and cosmetic dentistry are of particular interest to her. She is dedicated to providing gentle, pain-free high quality dental care in a relaxed setting. In her spare time Christina enjoys yoga, travelling and cooking.

Courtney Charles

Courtney has been a member of the Old Oak team since July 2021. She is currently working towards obtaining her Level 3 Dental Nursing qualification and in the future looking forward to gaining further Dental Nursing skills. Courtney enjoys cooking and considers herself to be a massive foodie. In her spare time she enjoys spending time at the beach and paddle boarding

Jenna Davies

Jenna joined us in Autumn 2019 from Bridgend. She gained her dental degree from Cardiff University in 2007. In 2010 she took a year out of UK dentistry and spent six months working as a dentist in the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne. She enjoys the restorative aspects of dentistry such as white fillings and treating children. Hobbies include drawing, painting and travel. Keen eyes will see some of her drawings at the practice!

Kaye Evans

Kaye has been with the practice since 1994. Living in Saundersfoot, Kaye went to school in Tenby, she began dental nursing in 1993 in Kilgetty and finished her training and qualified here with us. In 1999 she gained her certificate in dental radiography from Cardiff Dental School achieving a merit. Kaye has been our Practice Manager since 1999 and has gained Practice Manager certification from Healthcare Inspectorate Wales. Kaye is the familiar face of our reception, she enjoys greeting patients both old and new and welcoming them into our friendly relaxed practice, reassuring patients and putting them at ease. In her spare time Kaye enjoys photography, picture making and craft, listening to music and walking her dog. Leah Padfield

Leah, originally from Pembrey, joined the practice in August 2018, then gained her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing in January 2020. She is currently studying the NEBDN qualification in dental radiography and is looking to undertaking more dental courses in the future. In her free time she enjoys listening to music as well as spending time with family & friends.

Louisa Howells

Louisa has been with the practice since 1996, then gained her National Certificate in 1998. She gained her "Oral Health Educator" qualification from the British Dental Association in 2020. She grew up in Llansteffan and attended school in Carmarthen. Louisa and her husband met in Llansteffan, and after the birth of their twin girls they moved to Carmarthen. At home Louisa's passion is her family, spending time together, cooking and walking their dog.

Shannon Cole

Shannon qualified from the University of Central Lancashire with a graduate honours degree and completed her foundation training at Old Oak. She enjoys all areas of dentistry and putting nervous patients at ease.
