Doug joined the ODC in early 2019 as one of our Community Participation Supports professionals. He is in charge of supervising our participants when they go out on mobile work assignments in the community. Prior to joining us, Doug worked for more than 20 years as a direct support professional for individuals with developmental disabilities. Doug lives in Leola with his wife. Doug's other real passion is photography, and loves going out and taking pictures of local sites and area scenery.
