Amy Tepper is an assistant professor in the Dept. of Communication Sciences & Disorders at Baldwin Wallace University. Her interests include the process of clinical skills facilitation, equitable access to resources and supports among the vulnerable and underserved, transformative/innovative educational programming, and mitigating potentially disabling barriers across contexts. She has been a member of OSLHA since 2018.

Davida Weaver - President

Davida Weaver is currently the Director of Clinical Services at Columbus Speech & Hearing Center. She is a cross-functional clinical educator, management professional and clinician offering over 35 years of professional services in a variety of work settings. She is a recent recipient of Ohio's Excellence in Education Award and the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association Fellows Award (2018). She enjoys going on adventures with her husband and walking 5 little dogs in her neighborhood.

Erin Redle Sizemore - VP

Erin Redle Sizemore is an Associate Professor and Department Chair of Mount St. Joseph University's Department of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. She has worked as a speech-language pathologist in a variety of settings for over 20 years, and her clinical practice and research have primarily focused on young children and their families. Erin has been involved with the OSLHA Student Leadership Program for several years and is a former convention co-chair.

Kelly Johns

Kelly Johns is an SLP and supervisor of inpatient and outpatient pediatric rehabilitation at Promedica Total Rehab Pediatrics in Toledo. She has been an OSLHA member since 2011.

Michelle Fritz

Michelle Fritz is a Speech-Language Pathologist and Clinical Rehab Manager at Cleveland Clinic Fairview Hospital. She has been a practicing SLP since 2004 and received her Board Certification in Swallowing and Swallowing Disorders in 2016. Her areas of interest include dysphagia management, ethics in dysphagia management, and clinical education.

Samantha English is a proud graduate of the University of Toledo. She is a pediatric SLP serving in the schools in the Toledo area. She has a passion for students with complex communication needs who utilize technology to communicate with others! In her spare time, Samantha enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time outside with her husband and daughter.

Taylor Kae Hahn

Taylor Kae Hahn is a speech-language pathologist and owner of Maumee Bay Mobile Speech Services, an adult-based private practice serving northwest Ohio. She is also an endoscopist specializing in dysphagia and voice diagnostics. Taylor Kae has been practicing since 2017 with focus on the medical aspects of our field. She participated with OSLHA while attending the University of Toledo and is excited to serve the SLPs and SLPs-2-be in our communities.
