Andrew Jamieson

Andrew is an experienced senior solicitor with a demonstrated history of working in the legal profession. Areas of practice include: conveyancing, subdivisions and mortgage finance; building contracts; wills and estates, Enduring Powers of Attorney; commercial leasing; sale and purchase of small businesses; and Trusts. Andrew came to the law a little later than most, after having worked in a number of industries from horticulture to hospitality, and in a number of roles from motor vehicle dismantler to sales and marketing. Andrew strives to be practical in the results he achieves, but is nevertheless thorough and accurate in all work he undertakes.

Chris Podwin

Chris Podwin graduated from Auckland University in 1980. He has tutored in court papers and practice at Auckland University. Since his legal career commenced, Chris has worked for several law firms before acquiring the present practice of Ogles Podwin & Associates in April 2010. Chris has practiced extensively in all areas of court work and litigation involving numerous appearances in the District Court, family Court, Employment Relations Authority, High Court and Court of Appeal. He has served on various Law Society committees and is a member of the Ministry of Justice Legal Services consultative group approving legal aid family law providers. Chris is regarded as a senior family lawyer specialist and is a court appointed Lawyer for Child and Counsel to Assist the Court. Over the years, he has acted for individuals from all walks of life and nationalities as well as large businesses and corporations. Chris also regularly acts for a local women's refuge dealing with domestic violence cases.

Katalina Tafuna

Katalina is an experienced family solicitor, with a wealth of litigation experience, having regularly appeared in the Family Courts in Auckland. Katalina graduated from the University of Auckland in 2016 obtaining a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts, before being admitted to the bar that same year.
