David Marchell hos over 35 years of experience in Surveying and Civil Engineering and has served as Project Manager on several large engineering projects including numerous residential and commercial developments, cellular and communications facilities and California Department of Transportation construction and surveying projects. David is a Registered Civil Engineer and Registered Professional Land Surveyor in the State of California and Hawaii. As the company's President, he oversees day to day operations of the firm, directs Engineering s1aff, and provides overall leadership.

Jonathan McAlpin has been involved in all phases of architectural practice since 1981. His background experience includes offices in Northern and Southern California and Hawaii, though he has practiced on the Central Coast for over 30 years. For twelve years he was the owner of his own firm and was responsive for f.ne successful completion of over 140 projects. Jonathan has always maintained o high level of involvement in his projects, working with clients from the conceptual stages through planning and permit approvals to close coordination during the construction process.
