Specialty trained in Vascular Surgery and Vein Care, Dr. Garnette has established a practice whose mission is to provide exceptional care to his patients, to continuously strive for excellence, and create a milieu where service exceeds expectation. Dr. Charles S. C. Garnette is fully trained in Vascular surgery; Endovascular surgery; Vein Care, and also in General Surgery. He completed his medical education at The University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Following this, he spent the next five years as a resident in general surgery at The University of Rochester - Strong Memorial Hospital. He then went on to The University of Massachusetts where he completed an additional two years as a Fellow training in Vascular surgery and Vein care. Dr Garnette then completed his training as a Fellow in Endovascular Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation [Cleveland, Ohio]. Dr Charles Garnette is a diplomat of The American Board of Surgery, certified in both Vascular Surgery and also in General Surgery. He is also a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons.
