Ontravel is part of Merkur Holding that was established at Istanbul in 2003. Merkur Holding first started to operate in the International Transportation sector and then in 2009 it required its IATA accreditation . Today it is the 20th agency in Turkey among 600 other agencies that has IATA accreditation.
