Paula A. Monroe has dedicated her career to the Inner-City and Urban high schools to teach these youth leadership skills. She has developed a program designed to empower our high school youth for nine weeks to engage in a strenuous curriculum and lesson plan tailored to their needs to build up their confidence, leadership skills, and self-esteem to become leaders in their communities. After they have completed their nine-week program, they are empowered to organize and participate in their very own P.A.M. Media Outreach Urban Communities Teen Summit designed especially for their school! Paula's compassion for our Inner-City and Urban communities has gone beyond going to these schools, teaching them skills. She is now working on her Doctorate in Leadership Organization. She has dedicated herself to do extensive research on how effective P.A.M. Media Outreach Leadership program can be in the Inner-City and Urban high schools all over the country. Paula's first love is Christ! She and her lifelong partner and husband, Terry, have three beautiful children and four grandchildren, which are the love of their lives! She is on a mission for God!
