Partners and co-founders Bill Pieniadz and John Heller founded P&H Construction in 1979. Before the company's launch, the Montville High School classmates worked odd jobs and small contracting work in the area. This led them to recognize a need for a more reliable, professional, and superior-quality workmanship and service for their town and beyond.
