Alicia Durante is the office manager and receptionist here at Peak Performance for 5 years. Alicia's positive attitude and enthusiasm for chiropractic care makes her a true asset to the practice. She strives for excellence in customer service and continues to advance her knowledge of the latest innovations in chiropractic through education courses. Alicia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, working out, and taking trips. Ms. Durante will make you leave with a smile upon your face, guaranteed.

Hi! My name is Bethany and I'm so excited to be working at Peak Performance! I just finished my undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Studies and I'm currently in the Chiropractic program at D'Youville University. Outside of school and work, I enjoy playing lacrosse, hiking, and skiing. I can't wait to meet everyone!

Doctor Hannah Yorks

Dr. Yorks received her BA degree in Psychology from Canisius College in 2014, and completed her DC degree at D'Youville College in 2019. She is board certified with NBCE. She became certified with RockTape for Basic and Performance kinesiology taping, as well as their style of IASTM with RockBlades. Dr. Yorks also holds the Level 1 TPI certification for analyzation of physical abilities and their effect on the golf swing, as well as the Level 1 Precision Nutrition certification. She is skilled in manual techniques including flexion distraction, as well as electrical stimulation therapy, but is always open to learning new styles and techniques in order to keep her patients improving and feeling their best. Dr. Yorks grew up in the Hudson Valley region of New York, but upon moving to Buffalo to attend Canisius she fell in love with the ever-growing city and never left. In her spare time she enjoys working out and hiking, and loves traveling around the U.S. (and hopefully many new countries in the future!)

Doctor Jennifer Gilmore

Dr. Gilmore received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology from D'Youville College in 2013. She remained at D'Youville and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2016. Dr. Gilmore is a Certified Graston Technique Provider and she is very well versed in Cox Flexion-Distraction Therapy, as well as, many other manual adjusting techniques. She is very passionate about learning and expanding her abilities as a Chiropractor so continuing education is a priority to keep current with the most effective and efficient treatments for her patients. Dr. Jennifer Gilmore has lived in the Buffalo area for over 18 years; originally from Houston, Texas she moved with her family in 1998. Throughout college Jennifer worked as a nail technician and she enjoyed making her clients look and feel their best. This love of working with people and a desire to have a career in the medical field led Jennifer to explore her possibilities. She regularly visited a Chiropractor through out high school and college after a car accident in 2002. After experiencing the positive results and caring demeanor of her Chiropractor she decided this was the path for her. She committed to the seven-year Bachelors of Science in Biology/ Doctor of Chiropractic program at D'Youville in 2009. She strives to provide the most effective, evidence based care for her patients and looks forward to the life long learning process ahead.

Doctor Juliana Marciniak

Dr. Juliana Marciniak aspires to help people with pain and allow them to achieve peak performance health levels. Dr. Marciniak herself has maintained an active lifestyle since she was young. She competitively danced for 15 years, competitively cheered for four years, and has taught group fitness classes for several gyms throughout Buffalo, NY for 15 years. Dr. Marciniak enjoys combining her chiropractic education with her sports medicine and personal training experience. In doing so, she is able to provide her patients with a more functional and active role towards achieving healing and/or total wellness. In her free time Dr. Marciniak enjoys spending time with her husband Anthony, daughter Isla and son Anthony III. Her hobbies include spinning on her Peloton, chasing around her kids and enjoying the hidden secrets of Western New York.

Doctor Matthew Bauman

Dr. Bauman earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Sports Management and Exercise Science from SUNY Fredonia and went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from D'Youville College (2012). Dr. Bauman has worked in various settings, including Pain Management, Nursing Homes, and as a chiropractor to Collegiate athletes and as a college professor. He has vast experience in No Fault claims, as well as working with private insurances. Dr. Bauman is skilled in flexion distraction technique, pregnancy care, manual therapy, The Schroth Method (scoliosis), as well modalities that include therapeutic ultrasound and Modulated Electrical Stimulation. Dr. Bauman is a lifelong learner, and aside from Continuing Chiropractic Education credits, has taken and continues to take many courses through the University of Arizona School of Integrative Medicine, chiefly in nutrition across the lifespan, arthritis, and neurological disorders. Dr. Bauman is a born and raised Buffalonian, attended St. Francis High School and also played professional baseball before pursuing Chiropractic Medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys volunteering his time to coach both youth and collegiate athletics, as well as serving as a medic in the Air Force National Guard, where he was named the Airman of the Year 2021 for NYS during the COVID pandemic.
