Pintor Surveying Realty & Development was established in 1993 after its proprietor/owner Engr./Atty. Reuel T. Pintor, who is a Geodetic Engineer board topnotcher and a Bureau of Mines Scholar, resigned from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) Region 7, Mandaue City. He worked with the DENR for ten (10) years as a Geodetic Engineer and a Lawyer thereat. In 1996 the firm name was renamed Pintor Law, Surveying & Realty, after he passed the Real Estate Broker's Examination as the First Placer.
