PILATES LIFE

Pilates Life offers a range of classes that work with you, for you. Teaching takes place at North Barn, Crowlink, East Sussex. We have both Group sessions and 1-2-1... There's definitely a mind-body connection and a very similar fluidity in both. Pilates focuses on strengthening the body in part using your own physical resistance.
