Juan W. Winstead is a native of Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Musical Studies from Chowan University in Murfreesboro, North Carolina. Prior to his arrival in Davis, he was a musician and committed member of First Baptist Church of Murfreesboro where he served in the music and deacon ministry. He also held the position of Director of Bands for Hertford County High School of Ahoskie, North Carolina. There he directed an award winning marching band and wind ensemble. His current role here at Pole Line Road Baptist Church is serving as the Worship/Outreach Director since July of 2017. Juan & his wife, Fauna, make their home in Woodland where he is the Director of Bands at Woodland Christian School.

Pat Coker started as the church secretary in September 2010. She has one son, Joseph, and one daughter, Carrie (husband: Matt and children: Audrey & Lucas). Pat loves spending time with family & friends and being involved in church activities & ministries. Her late husband was a Pastor, mostly serving small churches. She is very comfortable in Pole Line Road Baptist Church as it has that "small church family" feeling even though it's not a small church.
Beginning July 1, 2023, Patrick Allen will be our Interim Pastor until we find a permanent pastor. His focus will be on helping Pole Line Road Baptist Church thrive during this time of transition.
Patrick is a graduate of Biola College (BA in Biblical Studies with minors in History and Physical Education) and Talbot Theological Seminary (M.Div. in Pastoral Theology with an emphasis in preaching and counseling).
He has been in ministry for over 45 years serving as a Bible Teacher in a Christian High School, Youth Pastor, Pastor with Single Adults for 12 years, and for almost 22 years he was the Senior Pastor at the First Evangelical Free Church.
Upon his retirement in 2016, Patrick joined the staff of Interim Pastor Ministries and has served churches in Clovis, California and Hydesville, California as their Interim Pastor.
He is an Elder and on the Preaching Team of One Church, Sacramento and also serves the Western District of the Evangelical Free Church of America as their Director of Pastoral Support Ministries Patrick has been married to his wife, Judy, for almost 40 years. She is a retired registered nurse who has a background in public health, allergy and immunology, and school nursing. They have two adult sons. David is an assistant to one of the directors of the World Bank in Washington, DC. Stephen - who is married to Greta - just completed his Ph.D. in Integrative Physiology at the University of Colorado, Boulder.
