The organization for Memorandum of the People‘s Radical Organization for General Reconstruction of Environment, Education and Social sanitation, in brief "PROGREESS‖ is a registered society (Registered under the societies Registration Act. 1860) in the year 1998 as a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit making state level voluntary organization, Registered under foreign contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976, under Govt. of India (Ministry of Home Affairs). PROGREESS are Tax-exempted in India under Registration U/s 12AA (1) (b)(1) of the Income Tax Act,1961. And Grant of an Approval AL U/s 80G (5) (VI) of the Income Tax Act, 1961.
