PHP Management, Inc. is a privately held full-service commercial real estate investment company. Established in 1979, we acquire, manage and develop commercial property in San Diego County. Our expertise is in the management and highest and best use of the commercial properties in the San Diego area. Locally specialized, we provide personal guidance and support to each of our clients irrespective of their size or assets. This begins in the acquisition process and continues with development, remodeling, re-tenanting, government approvals, permitting, engineering and architectural design and continues throughout the full life cycle of each project we undertake.
