RBL VICTORY BRASS BAND

The Royal British Legion Victory Brass Band has been entertaining Portsmouth residents since 1980. Based at the RBL Club Fratton, where the band has its own Band-room built with lottery funding and kind donations, the band is currently led by Musical Director Steve Yoxon. Steve is an ex-Royal Navy musician, having been a cornet player in Victory Brass for 11 years and picked up the baton in 2003, helping the band develop in numbers and performance quality... The band performs at many local events throughout the year, including concerts, fêtes, the Great South Run and the Victorian Festival of Christmas as well as official remembrance events in support of The Royal British Legion.
