The i3 brings together clinicians with researchers, analysts, engineers, designers, patients, whānau, our community, national + global leaders to design + apply innovative health care solutions... Excellent patient experience is one of our board priorities. We created 'In My Shoes' to encourage us to understand what we might each be going through and to treat each other with compassion... We also have a collection of patient stories where patients and their families/whānau have shared what matters to them during their period of care, where we are performing well and areas where we can improve.
