Brandon Duggar is a former Navy Intelligence Analyst that returned to his roots in Wimberley in 2013. He then began his journey as a Project Manager in the flooring industry when he joined Quality Floors and More at the start of 2014. He loves the family atmosphere that surrounds him at work and working with his wife, Shauna. When not at the office, he enjoys doing anything outdoors with his wife and 3 kids-whether it be hunting, fishing, swimming, boating or just hanging out.

Fernando Montelongo joined Quality Floors & More in 2021 as the Warehouse Manager. He enjoys working closely with our installers and helps keep the warehouse well organized / functioning. He enjoys sports and spends all his free time at the ball fields with his 4 kids and wife.
Ray Martinez is a Project Manager that brings decades of experience in the flooring industry. His flooring journey began in 1998 where he worked alongside Shauna's father. He enjoys interacting with customers and helping them choose their perfect selections. He shares his off time with his wife, two daughters and a chihuahua named Sadie. He enjoys hunting, fishing, BBQ's and anything outdoors.
Shauna Duggar has been a part of Quality Floors & More since the beginning. She was raised with her father being in the flooring industry and was on job sites with him all her life. She is the wife to salesman, Brandon and keeps everyone humming right along as the Office Manager. If it involves paperwork of any kind or marketing, she has a hand in making sure it gets done correctly. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crafting, being outdoors, wake surfing, boating, and spending time with her husband, their three kids, and three dogs.
