David Roberts - Managing Director, President

David brings clarity to complex issues. He leads Rainier Group's business consulting efforts throughout the country, working with Rainier's clients and managing relationships with its strategic business partners. David forges and maintains links with professionals who serve private companies, their owners, and board members. David has assisted business owners in planning and implement ownership and management transitions with The Rainier Group since 1988. David leads Rainier's work with national and regional financial institutions. Over the years, David and Rainier have and continue to partner with several Fortune 1000 companies to bring Rainier's unique business advice to their top private clients. David serves on Rainier Group's executive management team that directs all aspects and strategy for the company's business operations. Honing his skills as a professional engineer, in project management for an international electrical system manufacturer, and training at one of the nation's top business schools, David's has specific expertise related to business consulting, specifically ownership and management transition and corporate governance, for privately held companies. He also brings great insight and expertise to the personal financial and estate issues important to private company owners as they contemplate changing their relationship with their businesses. David's formal training includes a B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Oregon State University and an M.B.A from the University of Washington. David serves as a director on numerous boards for both profit and charitable organizations.

Erika Yelle - Chief Compliance Officer

A Seattle native from the Beacon Hill neighborhood, Erika joined Coldstream in September of 2002 after 15 years with a local self-clearing brokerage firm managing the Operations division. Originally joining as Director of Operations and internal hedge fund accounting, Erika quickly began to enhance and expand her skills. Now serving as Chief Compliance Officer, she focuses on upholding firm standards in ethics and regulatory compliance, in alignment with the firm's business strategy and operations. Erika has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is an IACCP® Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional. Always dedicated to the community and helping others, Erika continues to be involved in non-profit work both in and out of Coldstream. Erika lives in Maple Valley and enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.

Evan Fisher - Managing Director

Evan is a Managing Director and serves on the leadership team with the Rainier Group, advising middle market companies on how to position and ultimately transition the ownership of their business. Being a trusted advisor to business owners working to achieve their goals is the driving factor in Evan's role. Evan has worked with companies across a wide range of industries, including food & beverage, business services, manufacturing, distribution, and technology, advising on sell-side and buy-side transactions, pre-transition growth strategies, recapitalizations, and management buyouts. A graduate of Washington State University with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, he also received his MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington (and if you're wondering, he pulls for the Cougs come Apple Cup). A West Coast native his whole life, living in both Southern California and Washington, Evan now enjoys everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, golfing, traveling, and being involved in the community.

Glen's expertise is in taxation and the financial / legal structures of corporate ownership. His interest began with degrees in finance and taxation and expanded as he served in leadership roles in the companies he's worked for and as an external consultant to others. Glen's operational and management titles have ranged from department manager to COO and his experience spans finance, taxation, operations, H/R and technology. As an analyst and consultant, he has worked directly with many companies throughout the US and has coordinated the firm's analyst staff serving hundreds more. Glen is passionate about helping clients and team members achieve their goals. He presents a unique ability to see the big-picture, break down what's needed to get results, and support execution. Glen's training includes a B.S. degree in Financial Planning and Counseling from Brigham Young University, a M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University, is registered with FINRA as a Broker-Dealer Financial and Operations Principal, and holds or has held other professional designations and licenses from financial services industry associations and regulatory bodies. Glen serves on Rainier Group's executive management team that establishes and implements the group's business strategy. He is pleased to lead Rainier's parent company's financial planning group as its CIO of Wealth Planning, and is the managing member of the independently held Concenza, LLC, providing top-shelf directors to select private company boards.

Natalie Straub is Coldstream's Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, Natalie dedicates her efforts to developing and implementing Coldstream's ambitious strategic growth plans, as well as sharing the positive impact Coldstream has made in the lives of our clients. Additionally, she supports existing wealth management teams and new merger partners by introducing consistent business planning and coaching programs that reinforce each wealth manager's goals. Her work builds on our continued goals of scaling the business and positioning the firm for continued success. Natalie has over two decades of financial services experience. Prior to joining Coldstream, she served as Director & Senior Business Management Consultant at Schwab Advisor Services. In that role, she encouraged and guided the firm's RIA clients to overcome leadership and business challenges to clear the way for outsized growth. During her 16-year career at Schwab, she was known for being a positive catalyst for change and for taking strategic ideas and driving them to implementation. In addition to Natalie's impact at Schwab, her previous work experience includes marketing driven roles at a start-up, a non-profit, and Wells Fargo Bank. Natalie earned a BA in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and holds her FINRA Series 7 and 63 securities licenses.

Patrick Corcorran - Managing Director

Patrick serves on the leadership team of Rainier Group and has over a decade of experience providing M&A and financial advisory services to privately held middle market companies both in the U.S. and internationally. He has served as the lead advisor in strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, capital raising, business valuations, strategic reviews, and distressed situations. He has worked in a variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, consulting, food & beverage, technology and business services. Patrick has also been a contributing author and guest speaker on the topic of how to successfully prepare a closely held business for transition. Prior to joining Rainier, Patrick worked within a group at Morgan Stanley catering exclusively to middle market companies. His primary focus was facilitating sell-side transactions, and helping owners with pre-liquidity planning, deal execution, and post-deal wealth management. While at Morgan Stanley, Patrick was named to the firms Pace Setter's Club, a global recognition for advisors who demonstrate the highest professional standards and first-class client service. Education and Credentials: Patrick holds a BA with honors in Organizational Management from Ashford University of Iowa, where he graduated Cum Laude, and an ATA in Business Management from Edmonds College. He has also obtained specialization certificates in financial planning, business supervision and management fundamentals as well as a series 7 and 65 from FINRA. Patrick has lived in various parts of the country but has always called the Pacific Northwest his home. He was born in British Columbia, Canada but spent the majority of his time in Washington and Oregon. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, playing hockey, last minute getaways, or visiting the cabin he built on the Skykomish River with hopes of one day catching a fish.

Wendy joined The Rainier Group in 2014. In addition to her responsibilities as Front Desk Administrator, she is an administrative assistant to members of our team, assisting with the scheduling of client meetings, travel arrangements, client contracts, and correspondence. Prior to joining the Rainier Group, she was a Sales Associate at the Bellevue Nordstrom for 3 years and then a receptionist and Administrative Assistant at an IP Law Firm in Seattle, WA. Wendy graduated from Brigham Young University in 1981 with BA degree in Interior Design. She and her husband have raised 4 children here in Bellevue area, and as a California transplant of 31 years she considers this home. When not working, she finds great enjoyment in gardening, cooking, enjoying the beauty of the Northwest, traveling, reading, spending time with family and is adjusting to the "empty nester" life.
