Albert Monterde

Born in Barcelona, Albert has graduated in humanities at the UAB university in the specialty of History. He began his career in 2009,with Drac Màgic, focused on the world of culture and education. In 2016 he took charge of the technical department of the film distributor Pack Màgic, with responsibility for the creation of DCPs, deliveries to the cinemas and the creation of promotionalmaterials such as trailers, teasers,and posters. Great fan of cinema, new technologies, traveling and exercising, one of his hobbies being a basketball coach.

Caterina Llopart

Born and raised in Barcelona, Caterina graduated in Journalism at the Ramon Llull University. Her creative soul, combined with her passion for new technologies, led her to pursue her professional career in Digital Marketing. She has worked in marketing and communications departments for different international startups. Social media management, graphic design, and content creation are areas of expertise. Giovanni Cozzi

Giovanni Cozzi created Rising Alternative in 2009 to expand the international distribution of the Opera and Ballet in Cinema program he had developed at Emerging Pictures also known as Emerging Cinemas a company he co-founded in 2000. Prior to Emerging Pictures, Giovanni was the President of Vidikron, a consumer electronics company he founded in 1988 and which specialized in high-definition projection systems. The products were sold through a network of dealers in 43 countries worldwide and were known for their high performance and unique industrial design by Pininfarina, the legendary stylist of the Ferrari sports cars. Giovanni began his entrepreneurial career as a co-founder of Italy's first commercial radio station, Radio Milano International, in 1975.

Marina Bladé

Born in Paris from Mexican and Catalan parents, Marina's work has always revolved around cultural and creative industries. A graduate in Archaeology and Ancient History at the University of Barcelona, she started her professional career as a documentary Acquisitions Manager for a distributor of audiovisual programmes and later transferred to a record company where she ended up leading the International Licensing Department. In 2000, she switched to the Publishing sector and worked as a Rights and Contracts manager for 15 years both for Publishers and for Literary Agencies. Thus her expertise in rights management encompasses a wide range of sectors. She has lived in Paris, Barcelona and London. She is passionate of traveling, cinema and literature.
