Dawn joined the team in 2021 and splits her time between the Office of the University Registrar and the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid. She manages the Pitt Transfer Tool, a student-friendly, unofficial credit estimator that helps answer how credits will transfer towards a Pitt degree. Dawn brought 19 years of experience with admissions to Pitt. Before joining the Pitt Family, she worked at Westminster College where she specialized in international and transfer student recruitment.
Dawn earned a Bachelor of Arts from Grove City College, as well as a Master of Arts from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She also served in the United States Air Force.

As Associate University Registrar, Jennifer is a member of the Office of the University Registrar's senior leadership team and manages the business and budget operations. She leads the Transcripts and Certification team, publishes the University Academic Calendar, and manages the office's technical support for hardware and software. Jennifer also oversees catalog and curriculum management, NCAA student eligibility and certification, and records management.
Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University and a Master of Professional Writing from Chatham University. She was Senior Associate Registrar at Princeton University for 10 years and University Registrar at Chatham University for seven years, prior to joining the University of Pittsburgh's Office of the University Registrar in 2014.
Jennifer is a member of AACRAO and MSACROA professional organizations and is currently serving as the President for MSACROA. She also served on the client advisory board for Modern Campus and was the founding chair of their client advisory board.

John joined the Office of the University Registrar in 2021 as the Transfer Credit Administrative Assistant after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. His work is centered on assessing the transferability of external courses for prospective incoming transfer students. He is responsible for maintaining and updating the university's transfer credit articulation database, along with guiding its interaction with the Pitt Transfer Tool.

Jonathan began as University Registrar at the University of Pittsburgh in June 2021. He holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Kansas and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology). He previously served as Registrar at Baylor University (2011-2021), Associate University Registrar at the University of Virginia (2006-2011), and Assistant Registrar at the University of Missouri-Rolla (1999-2006). As the University Registrar, he provides vision and leadership for the Office of the University Registrar, which includes 39 staff. He collaborates across the University on issues related to academic policy and procedures, curriculum, scheduling, instructional space, registration, grades, graduation, academic records, systems, and compliance.
Jonathan has been active in state, regional, and national professional organizations throughout his career. In particular, he has held multiple leadership and service roles with the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO).

Kaitlyn joined the University of Pittsburgh and the Office of the University Registrar in 2022. In her current role as Associate University Registrar, she oversees registration, transfer credit support, and shared services operations.
She began her career in higher education in 2006 at Liberty University, where she held various roles, including Director of the Student Service Center-a one-stop office that integrated Registrar, Financial Aid, and Student Account services. In 2014, she joined Penn State University as an Assistant Registrar, managing daily operations for outgoing transcripts, verifications, and enrollment and degree reporting across all campuses. In 2019, she was promoted to Associate Registrar, where she led customer service functions including enrollment, transcripts, and other front-line services.
Kaitlyn holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) and the Middle States Association of Collegiate Registrars and Officers of Admissions (MSACROA).

Mark is a Lead Systems Analyst in the Office of the University Registrar. He has worked in the Office of the University Registrar since 2013. Before the University of Pittsburgh, he worked in the Office of the Registrar at Point Park University for 9 years. Mark earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Point Park University and a Bachelor in Business Administration degree from Washington & Jefferson College. Mark is responsible for developing reports, systems troubleshooting, and running various systems processes.
