Brandi Parlee

Brandi Parlee is double Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Women's Health. She joined Restoration Health in 2023. She began by receiving her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. After gaining experience in the Emergency Department setting as a Registered Nurse for many years, Brandi decided to advance her career and become a Nurse Practitioner. She attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing and went through both the Adult-Gerontology and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Program. She has experience in Trauma Surgery and Internal Medicine. During her time at the University of South Alabama with the Acute Care Surgery/Trauma team, she served on several committees, including Trauma Peer Review, Trauma Outreach, and Advanced Practice Provider Council. Brandi has lived on the Eastern Shore since 2009 and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters!

Dr. David Thomason

Dr. David Thomason is a respected Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician in the medical community. Dr. Thomason attended Furman University and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Physics. He attended medical school at the Medical University of South Carolina, and completed an Internal Medicine internship in Greenville, SC. He finished his medical residency training in PM&R at the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham, where he also enjoyed being involved in medical missions. Dr. Thomason is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and joined Restoration Health in 2015. Dr. Thomason specializes in the latest techniques of interventional treatment for painful conditions of the entire spine and all peripheral joints. He uses a well-rounded approach to diagnose and resolve symptoms of pain and debility. Dr Thomason uses his expertise in image-guided interventional treatments such as epidurals, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, peripheral joint injections, and botox injections to treat and alleviate pain. Dr. Thomason has a compassionate and knowledgeable approach to treating his patients and improving their quality of life. He loves to restore his patient's health back to the active lifestyle that they have been missing.

Dr. Taylor Scruggs

Originally from Jackson, MS, Dr. Taylor Scruggs received his Bachelor of Science at the University of Alabama in 2011. He completed medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2016, followed by a residency in Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham where he served as Chief Resident. After his residency training, he remained at UAB for an additional fellowship in Interventional Pain Management. The combination of his in-depth medical training along with his compassionate and caring spirit help provide Dr. Scruggs with the tools necessary to make a positive difference in patients' lives. He specializes in comprehensive pain management and pain relief interventions such as epidurals, radiofrequency nerve ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulators, and various other nerve and joint injections. His goal is to get you back doing the things that you love.

Hill Luscher

Hill Luscher, CRNP, is Board-Certified in Family Medicine and began her career at The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Human Environmental Sciences. She then attended the University of South Alabama and received her bachelor's degree in Nursing. Hill worked as a Registered Nurse for four years before returning to school in Boston, MA, to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has years of experience working with Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons in the Mobile and Baldwin County area.

J. Clay Rainer

Dr. Clay Rainer attended Samford University for his undergraduate degree in Biology. He went on to completed medical school and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency training at UAB (University of Alabama School of Medicine). Dr. Rainer is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been in private practice since 2007. Dr. Rainer started Restoration Health in 2012. Dr. Rainer uses a multifaceted team approach to treat patients suffering from pain and functionally limiting conditions. He is trained to nonsurgically treat a variety of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. By developing a systematic treatment plan after pinpointing an accurate diagnosis, Dr. Rainer's goal is to give you your life, restored.

Sharon Ganey

  • Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
Sharon Ganey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her education at Auburn University with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science. After working at Thomas Hospital's Emergency Department, she wanted to continue her passion for medicine. She then attended the University of South Alabama's Accelerated Nursing program, where she obtained her Bachelor of Nursing. She returned to the Emergency Department prior to pursuing her Masters. She continued her education at the University of South Alabama, graduating with her Masters of Nursing, specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013. She has a long history of pain management experience. She began working in the field of pain management in 2015 and has continued ever since. She currently lives in Spanish Fort with her two sons and two dogs. She spends her free time watching her boys play sports or going to the beach with family and friends. She began working with Restoration Health in 2021.
