We offer shared housing for high functioning adults over 30 years old in nice, clean, private homes having various levels of supervision. 'HOUSE I' is located in Bay Shore, NY and features a 24/7 house manager. This house has a fully stocked laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers, 2 vending machines for sodas & snacks, and 3 delicious meals per day. It has a large back yard where we B-B-Q in the summertime. The house is co-ed. Meals are served at 8AM, 12Noon & 6PM, snacks at 8PM. We have package Cablevision, VCR, and DVDs. We also have games such as Monopoly, Chess, Checkers, Clue, etc. We have a private pay phone for resident use also. 'House I' is the 'Flagship' of our homes. We can accomodate up to 8 residents in both single and double rooms. Smoking is permitted outside in the rear yard only. Parking spaces are in the front. Bus transportation is directly outside the door. We are located on Brentwood Road, near the Southern State Parkway in Bay Shore, NY 11706. This house..
