Rooster Records first opened it doors in early December 1995. At that time we were located in Taunton, Somerset where we built up a loyal customer base and traded successfully until the end of 2007 when our lease expired. However, owing to vastly increased stock levels and the need for expansion we sought larger premises and decided to move the business to Exeter, Devon where we opened in November 2006 and continue trading successfully to date... We are the fourth shop down on the left-hand side opposite the Mint Methodist Church. If you reach the Exonian pub then you've gone slightly too far. Mind you, they do serve a good pint!... With over 75,000 items in stock, it's a veritable treasure trove of goodies, many of which are imported from the four corners of the globe. And, if we don't have that elusive vinyl record or CD gem that you've been looking for, there's a fair chance we can obtain a copy using our extensive network of suppliers.
