Lauren Davis

Lauren brings to the firm almost seventeen years of professional experience with a background in both architecture and planning. Lauren brings with her a diverse skill set with a wide range of project experience working in all phases of the design process. Lauren is proficient in 3-D Modeling software including Revit and SketchUp. Lauren serves as project architect and enjoys working on both residential and commercial design projects. Lauren currently serves on the Durango Fire Protection District Fire Code Board of Appeals and previously served on the City of Durango's Design Review Board.

Michael W. Eberspacher - President

As a member of the firm since its founding in 1978, Michael has been involved in most aspects of the design, consulting and planning work in which the firm has been engaged since its beginnings. With his experience in a wide range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects, Michael is responsible for overseeing the preparation of construction documents for the firm. His responsibilities also include architectural design, writing project manuals using the firm's computerized Construction Specification Institute's specification system, and contract administration during the construction phase of the project. With his varied experience and background, Michael serves as project architect and project manager for many of the firm's projects. EDUCATION Bachelor of Science in Architecture Graduated with Honors California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo

Pat E. Cheever

Job Titles:

Pat joined R. Michael Bell & Associates in 1999 returning to Colorado after years of travel. She is responsible for keeping the office running smoothly as well as the project processing, financial record keeping and keeping the website updated and informative for the readers seeking information about the firm. Like many people living in the area she pursues outdoor and indoor sports, she cycles to work from the Durango Rec Center during the summer months and enjoys a walk along the Animas River Trail during midday.
