Danny Roach

Danny Roach joined RPC in August, 2020 as a Medical Physicist Assistant after graduating from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a B.S. in Engineering Physics and a Minor in Mathematics in May, 2020. As an undergrad he conducted research in EMG signal collection and classification for prosthetic applications. He also enjoyed working as an Undergraduate Teachers Assistant for both the UMD Physics and Mathematics departments. He graduated with his Master's in Medical Physics in August, 2023 from John Patrick University. He married Lydia in 2019 and together they have one daughter who was born on Star Wars day (May 4th, 2020) and a newborn son. Together they enjoy hiking, biking, camping, fishing, and anything that gets them outside. He also enjoys reading both scientific literature and selective non-fiction, while also world building and tinkering on his own.

Dave Lemaster

Dave Lemaster joined RPC in July 2018 as the Director of Finance & Human Resources. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and MBA from Liberty University. He came to RPC with 11 years of accounting and tax experience from various Twin Ports employers including operating his own tax business since 2014. He married Amy in 2006 and they have four children (a girl 6 yrs and three boys 5 yrs & twin 2 yr olds). He resides in the Twin Ports and enjoys spending time with his family, watching sports, and leading Promise 14:18, a local group to promote and support adoption and foster care in the area.

David Eastman

David Eastman has been with Radiation Physics Consultants (RPC) since December of 2004. He and his wife (Amber) live in the Twin Ports area where they are raising their two boys. As a family they enjoy camping and trips to the aquarium or zoo. When David started with RPC his main focus was to conduct Diagnostic Physics testing; however, that role has shifted over the past several years to where his main focus is now with Radiation Safety as a Radiation Safety Officer. Before joining RPC, David worked for MacNeil Environmental as an Account Manager where he provided Environmental Health and Safety consulting to a number of different school districts and city entities to help ensure they met all applicable Federal and State regulations. David is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth with a Master of Environmental Health and Safety and has over 15 years of experience in radiation safety, audits and regulatory compliance.

Jeremy Hulteen

Jeremy joined RPC in September 2004 and brought with him diagnostic physics experience after previously working under a Board Certified Medical Physicist in Fargo, North Dakota. He brings a wealth of knowledge on state and federal laws in performing radiation safety audits at multiple facilities as the Radiation Safety Officer. Jeremy also provides Diagnostic Physics testing for general x-ray including radiography and fluoroscopy. He currently lives in Grand Rapids, Minnesota, and enjoys photography, computer science, and spending time with his daughter.

Ruth McCotter

Ruth joined RPC in March 2016 as an administrative catch-all but is currently focused on radiation safety and individual dosimeter programs. She has been married to Phil for 35 years and together they raised four children (Shane, Falyn, Philip, and Aubyn) to be true cheeseheads. Ruth's diverse training and background include engineering courses, airline maintenance planning, insurance claims investigator, church Connections Director, oversees missions, and her longest and most rewarding position of home educator for 21 years. Her life motto is anything worth doing is worth doing well, and she tries. When not working, Ruth enjoys logic puzzles, traveling to warm places, correcting grammar errors, and spending as much time as possible with her family which also includes two daughters-in-law, three grandchildren, and a 95-year-old mom. She loves creating organization from chaos, passionate discussions, teaching, helping people succeed, and popcorn.

Shane McCotter

Shane McCotter has been with RPC since September, 2016, after working for four years as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Exodus Machines in Superior, WI. Shane has spent the majority of his life in the Twin Ports, moving to the area in 1996. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 2013 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Mathematics, and has his Master's in Medical Physics from John Patrick University. He married Joanna in 2009, and they are enjoying being parents to their three energetic kids. His other interests include working on their house, building and shooting firearms, football, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling. Shane brings his experience in mechanical systems, critical thinking, and mathematics to thoroughly test many different types of radiographic units and perform shielding evaluations.

Steven Nicholas

Steve has been with RPC since September of 1993 after completing his Master's in Physics from the University of Minnesota - Duluth. He completed his certification with the American Board of Medical Physics with an emphasis in Diagnostic Imaging in 2002, and has since focused on Mammography, MRI, and CT. In 2016 Steve purchased the company from founder Douglas Bennett, and has strived to become the world's best boss (much like Michael Scott). Steve married Tami in 1989 and has a daughter Emma who recently became a newlywed. In his limited free time, he enjoys golfing, rally car racing, tinkering on his next project, and spending time with family.
