He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of post qualification experience in Nepal. He completed his chartered accountancy from Mumbai, ICAI (hyperlinked to www.icai.org). Before setting up his own independent accounting practice, he worked with TR Upadhya& Co., and Joshi Bhandary& Co., both being a correspondent firm of KPMG and E&Y, respectively. He has also worked with and jointly participating in bidding with KPMG, India on few Consultancy and Internal Audit bidding in Nepal. Stock holding corporation of India, Jindal Iron and Steels, General Insurance Corporation "GIC", ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered Bank were few of the audit engagement he was part of during his articleship in Mumbai. Standard Chartered Bank Nepal, NABIL Bank, Laxmi Bank, Sanima Bank, DFID, WSP International, GIZ, Helvetas, SNV, Save the Children, Everest Insurance, Sikhar Insurance, NEA, Bhotekoshi Hydropower, Budhha Air, DANIDA, Sita Travels, were few of the audit engagement he was part of, as a senior auditor and manager capacity, during his association with TR Upadhya& Co., & Joshi Bhandary& Co., Interglobe Aviation Limited, Zamil Infra Pvt.
