Alberto Domingo Bayarri

Alberto joined RPP Brussels in 2018, with previous work at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the EU and the Council of Europe as well as in patient associations and think-tanks. With a European background and training, he holds a Cum Laude Master's Degree in European Public Affairs from the European Institute of Public Administration in Maastricht.

Anouschka Kuschnerus

Anouschka is currently pursuing a master's degree in international affairs with a focus on global governance and human rights. She previously earned a bachelor's degree in global law. Since May 2023, she has been working as a Junior Associate at the RPP Berlin office.

Antoine Canu

Job Titles:

Antoine joined RPP in 2023 as Consultant after 5 years of experience in the French institutional spheres. Thanks to his experience as parliamentary assistant for a french MP and as member of the cabinet in a profesional order, Antoine has developed a solid expertise in governmental affairs and stakeholder management.

Anton Stoyanov

Anton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Master's in Political Consulting. He has prior experience in journalism, local and regional politics and campaigning. Before joining RPP Anton worked at the European Parliament where he worked in the field of foreign affairs. In his current work at RPP, he focuses on the EU SoHO Regulation, the EU Pharmaceutical Package, biomedical engineering and rare diseases.

Arianna Finazzi

Arianna joined RPP Group in 2023 and previously worked in a law firm as Assistant. With a professional background in Business administration, she holds a Master in Economics and developed great organisational skills. As Office Manager she is part of the Corporate Office and helps organize different operations across RPP offices and supports managers and colleagues.

Arnaud Jacquier

Job Titles:
  • Senior Consultant
Senior consultant at RPP France since May 2023, Arnaud has various experiences in public affairs consulting, communication, and crisis communication. Very interested in health issues, he has developed expertise in market access for healthcare products.

Benjamin Smith

Benjamin joined RPP UK as in intern in 2021 while completing his Masters in public policy at King's College London, for which he received a distinction. Now, as a Senior Consultant, he leads and manages health and care programmes at both the national and EU level, with particular successes in projects on blood and therapeutics and that build patient advocacy coalitions.

Carlos Álvarez

Carlos has a long career working at international level in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Industry. After a clinical background as a Family Doctor, he has developed different responsibilities within the area of Medical Affairs in different areas of health and collaborates with RPP providing technical support in strategic projects related to Human Health.

Carmen Salvador Arnau

Carmen joined RPP in February 2022. She has a background in political science and communication. She has cultivated her expertise in public affairs, navigating complex political landscapes, establishing valuable stakeholder relationships, and achieving significant outcomes, reflecting RPP's dedication to exceptional client service.

Celia Miray Yesil

Celia joined RPP UK in January 2023 as a Junior Associate, supporting UK national projects. Her focus areas include MedTech, cardiovascular diseases and health policy research.

Charles Waller

Charles has been Director of Healthcare at RPP since 2012 and works closely with the UK and EU colleagues across a range of projects as a Senior Advisor. He has over 30 years' experience working with the healthcare industry across a range of disease areas including biologics and medical devices. Prior to joining RPP, Charles was Executive Director of a European biologicals industry association for twenty years and directed crisis management communications in the USA, Europe and the UK.

Ciaran Johnston

Ciaran joined RPP's UK office in 2021 and has since worked across several projects at national and EU level. Since taking over project leadership roles, his focus areas include ophthalmology, cardiovascular diseases and rare diseases.

Clyde Kull

Clyde has held various diplomatic functions over the past decades: he has been Ambassador of Estonia Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg, NATO, to France and Deputy Perm Rep of Estonia to the UE. He was also Ambassador to the UN and various international organisation, before being appointed political director at the ministry of Foreign Affairs in Estonia, and then Sub-Secretary of State at the same ministry.

Constantin McGill

Constantin joined RPP in May 2023, following the completion of the Schuman traineeship at the European Parliament. He has a background in law and is specialised in the field of public international law. In his role at RPP, Constantin engages in the areas of policymaking, political monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.

Cristina Fuentes Antrás

Cristina joined RPP in 2020, with legal, economic and international training from the Diplomatic School of Spain, as well as previous experience in e-health and respiratory diseases. She has worked as a paralegal in defense of consumers and users. At RPP, Cristina analyses key public policy issues for our clients and develops opportunities for them to integrate their messages into policy priorities, coordinating large-scale projects.

Dimitrinka Kostoska

Dimitrinka joined RPP in June 2023, bringing with her 15 years of experience in graphic design and illustration, grounded in her education in Graphic Engineering. Her professional journey is marked by successful freelance projects and contributions to children's literature worldwide. Currently, she is applying her artistic skills to create visually appealing projects for RPP, while also pursuing her personal creative passions.

Dr. Marc-Angelo Bisotti

Since joining RPP in 2006 as an intern and then becoming a partner in 2011, Marc-Angelo, together with Sebastian, has made it his objective to develop RPP into a European leader in political communication for the healthcare industry. Out of a strong market position, they then initiated the extension of both scope of services and sectors in 2016. Since vacating his position as co-CEO of RPP to focus on the development of new technologies for the Public Affairs industry, Marc-Angelo has accepted several board positions both in multinational corporations and in the digital technology economy. ​

Edoardo Ferri

Emily Phillips

Emily joined RPP's Brussels office in June 2021, supporting client projects related to animal health, cancer care, blood safety and medical devices. Within her role, she is currently managing the Secretariat of SPARC-Europe, a multi-stakeholder alliance aimed at building a sustainable policy framework for radioligand therapies across the EU. Prior to this, she worked as a Programme Assistant at Friends of Europe, focusing on climate, energy and health, and undertook a Schuman traineeship at the European Parliamentary Research Services.

Emre Uzuner

Emre joined RPP in December 2022 and has a acedemic background in history and political science. Contributing both to Berlin and Brussels projects, his focus areas are cancer related topics as well as digitalisation and artificial intelligence.

Flora Pidoux

Flora joined RPP in April 2023. Flora has a background in international relations and governance, with diverse experiences in event and project management. She previously conducted research and managed projects in international relations, with a focus on global governance and colonialism. She also has experience in project and event management from academia, think tanks and NGOs.

Georgios Mavrodimitrakis

Georgios joined RPP in August 2022 after the completion of the Blue Book Traineeship in the European Commission. Georgios has a background in Political Science and European Governance with diverse experience in political monitoring and analysis. Throughout his career in RPP, he has organized numerous events and has participated in drafting in-depth analyses of political developments and effective advocacy strategies.

Gilles Ludger van Soest

Gilles joined RPP Group in 2023. He has a background in European Public Health and is particularly passionate about antimicrobial resistance and promoting health equality. He is currently developing expertise in the policy fields of AMR, global health and trade.

Ines Aoufi

Ines joined RPP Group in June 2022, following a previous experience in research at the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction. Ines has a background in Public Health and a profound interest in health policy and politics. Throughout her time at RPP, she has been working on a range of topical projects, at EU and Belgian levels, putting a strong emphasis on excellent client delivery and stakeholder management.

Inés García

Inés García Manzanaro: Inés joined RPP in 2021. She holds a background in international relations from Goldsmiths, University of London, and a Master's degree in Research in Economics. Inés has prior experience in public policy research and has collaborated as a writer for an international affairs magazine. Before joining RPP, she gained experience in Public Affairs consulting in healthcare. Inés coordinates projects in various areas of human and animal health.

Jean-Baptiste Moreau

Jean-Baptiste was a member of the French Parliament from the presidential party (La République en Marche, now Renaissance) between 2017 and 2022. During his tenure in Parliament, he served as the spokesperson for the majority party and as a member of the Economic Affairs Committee. He holds a degree in agricultural engineering and worked as a cattle breeder from 2006 to 2023. Additionally, he served as the President of a cooperative comprised of 900 breeders and a slaughterhouse for five years. He maintains close ties with President Macron.

Juan Carlos Castillejo

Juan Carlos Castillejo has been President and Vice-President of the Spanish Animal Health industries' association Veterindustria for 15 years combined until 2021. He has held several positions in leading companies in the sector, consolidating their growth, leadership and their stakeholder networks, including as Managing Director for Iberia at MSD Animal Health, General Manager of Schering Plough Animal Health, as well as at Cyanamid AH, Fort Dodge and Pfizer AH.

Juliana Azevedo de Sá

Juliana joined the RPP Brussels team in March 2023. She has a background in Biomedical Sciences, a minor in Pharmaceutical Biomedicine, complemented by a master's degree in health management. Juliana has previously conducted research on migrants' access to healthcare and how this was impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Her professional journey has been marked by health communication and, more recently, by contributing her scientific knowledge to health policies!

Julieta Laurens

In 2022, Julieta embarked on a journey with RPP Group, focused on cultivating and elevating the organization's recruitment and human resources sectors. With a wealth of experience acquired in various sectors, her integration into the RPP squad aims to increase and strengthen our team of qualified professionals!

Kathleen Bulteel

Kathleen has been working in the field of graphic design and visual communication for the past 5 years, with a background that spans across technical design, but also business and management. She joined RPP in 2022, where she has worked in several projects related to the communication of healthcare and public policy.

Kinga Wójtowicz

Kinga became a part of RPP in September 2018. She currently holds the position of Head of the Brussels office and serves as a Senior Account Director. In this capacity, she oversees a variety of projects and is responsible for leading international clients, the work of international associations and informal groups, as well as patient organisations.

Kit Greenop

Kit joined RPP in 2014 and has worked in RPP's offices in Brussels, London and Madrid, as EU and UK Health Director for 2 years, representing clients across the healthcare sector. He is Director of RPP Madrid as well as Chief Strategy Officer in RPP's Board.

Laeticia Woltersdorf

Laëticia joined RPP in March 2023 as an intern. She has studied public law and holds a master's degree in European public policies. Now, as an Associate Consultant, she mainly supports the Paris office on projects in the energy sector.

Louis Chauffour

With a master's degree in political communication and lobbying, Louis Chauffour had a first experience in public affairs in an energy transition association before joining RPP in September 2023.

Lutz Dommel

Job Titles:
  • RPP As the Group 's CEO
Lutz joined RPP as the group's CEO in September 2017. He has an outstanding track record in public affairs from working in the EP and managing a consultancy. After a decade inside and outside European institutions in Brussels, he was appointed Executive Director for an international finance management company in Luxembourg in 2013.

Maddie Reed

Maddie joined RPP in September 2021, leading and supporting EU and national projects across the London, Brussels, and Berlin offices. Her focus areas include pharmaceuticals, Medtech, and Association management.

Margaux Devreese

Since joining RPP in March 2023, Margaux has been actively contributing to the development of stakeholder relationships and strategic policy approaches related to cardiovascular health, cancer care, and medical technologies. After gaining a background in International Relations, Margaux completed a Master's in Public Policy, specialising in Social Policy. In her role at RPP, Margaux is honing her skills in research, political communication, and project management.

Marina Heras Rubio

Marina Heras Rubio: Marina, a graduate in Law and Political Science and Public Administration, has worked in the legal department of a large consultancy prior to joining RPP in 2022. She brings experience in communication and political advocacy from her time spent in an NGO and a Spanish Chamber of Commerce abroad.

Mario Jose Cobo

Mario Jose Cobo: Mario holds a degree in Business Administration and International Relations from IE, as well as a Master's degree in International Development Cooperation from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He brings experience in institutional relations at the Ibero-American political level, having worked and collaborated with various multilateral organizations.

Martina Turci

Martina joined RPP in November 2022, bringing with her a background in international organizations, NGOs, and private institutions. Her expertise lies in monitoring legislative and socio-political context within the humanitarian sphere, along with adept management of relationships with companies and educational institutions. Driven by a deep passion for human rights, Martina aims to harmonize this commitment with the protection of patients' rights.

Mehitabel Holler

Since she joined RPP in 2022, Mehitabel has been working extensively on awareness raising campaigns and public policy advocacy. Her background includes experience not only in the private sector but also in the public sector, where she previously served as an intern at the Permanent Representation of Italy to the European Union.

Nayara Maldonado Solis

Nayara joined RPP in January 2022 after shifting and merging her legal background with a growing passion for public affairs. Initially delved into Public Diplomacy and European Civil Societies, she has sharpened her skills in research, policymaking, and project management, driven by her unique belief in improving citizens' well-being through healthcare policies.

Niklas Burg

Niklas has an academic background in political science and economics. After joining RPP in 2021, he gained project experience in the field of rare diseases and orphan drugs, the plasma donation sector in Germany as well as cancer related topics and the professional sports ecosystem.

Nora Alina Klein

Nora gained experience in communications and public affairs during her time working for an international digital health company before joining RPP in May 2023. She also holds a Master's degree in Social Policy and Public Health. Her main area of expertise are digital solutions in healthcare and rare diseases.

Raphaël Podselver

Raphael Podselver has a Master in European Affairs from Sciences Po Paris. After experiences around advocacy in Brussels and business development for a Tech Startup in Berlin, Raphael spent the past 7 years engaging with the United Nations system and processes on climate and environment for a food-awareness NGO. He joined RPP in January 2024.

Romuald Petrucci

Job Titles:
  • Group Finance Director in 2015 to Support RPP
Romuald was appointed Group Finance Director in 2015 to support RPP's continued development and geographical expansion. Romuald also ensures that RPP delivers the best-in-class administrative services to its clients and partners through its dedicated Corporate Office. Prior to joining RPP, he held a number of finance, audit and risk management positions in Belgian and multinational companies over a period of 10 years after completing his Master's in Business Management.

Rosario Perez Lopez

Rosario holds a scientific background and specialisation in European Public Health during her academic trajectory. She joined RPP's Brussels office in April 2023, supporting client projects on a range of topics. In her role at RPP, Rosario is involved in monitoring policy at EU and national level, supporting strategies and engaging stakeholders.

Rossina Funes

Rossina holds a background in International Relations and Political Communication. With experience in managing public affairs teams, advocating for human, animal and digital health, and crafting effective campaigns, her expertise lies in effectively navigating the intricacies of government affairs and policy advocacy. Rossina's dedication to innovative strategies for our clients and coordination of large-scale projects continues to drive success in the healthcare sector at RPP.

Salomé Chelli-Enriquez

Salomé joined RPP in 2013, after various experiences in healthcare consultancy and media in France. Salomé specialises in healthcare, and has worked on multiple campaigns and public affairs strategies at EU and national level. As COO, she coordinates RPP's service excellence, talent acquisition and retention strategies, and harmonisation of operations across the group.

Sebastian Rohde

Sebastian is the founding partner of RPP Group. After several years as head of Government Affairs and Public Affairs in Europe of a multinational and leading healthcare company specialising in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and medical devices, he founded RPP in 2002. He has driven several healthcare policy processes and initiatives at EU level, contributing to the creation of deeply impactful policies throughout the years.

Selina Hohensee

Selina has an academic background in history and political science and has public affairs experiences specifically in the disease area of cardiovascular and rare diseases.

Thomas Krings

Job Titles:
  • Senior Director Policy & Advocacy Director RPP Berlin
A veteran of the EU institutional and political scene, Thomas oversees RPP's institutional contacts in Brussels, Berlin and beyond. Before joining RPP, Thomas was Deputy Secretary-General of the ALDE Group, the EU Liberal and Democratic political group in the European Parliament. He also served as a member of the cabinet (private office) of former EU Commission Vice President Olli Rehn and held several senior positions in industry and has worked in Bundestag.

Wilfried Maglo

Graduated in European affairs and public law, Wilfried has a solid knowledge of French and European politics. With several years' experience in law firms and public affairs departments, Wilfried has been able to perfect his advocacy skills by working on issues such as education, agriculture, energy and industry. He joined RPP in September 2022 as an Associate Consultant, where he focuses mainly on health policy issues.
