SAINT ELIZABETHS HOSPITAL VOLUNTEER SERVICES

Saint Elizabeths Hospital opened in 1855 to serve individuals with mental illnesses. As the State psychiatric hospital of the District of Columbia, we are also a teaching hospital, offering training for psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and chaplains.
