Brian graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2006. Brian is a member of the Arlington Chamber Young Professional, Arlington Chamber of Commerce and is currently the Treasurer for Leadership Arlington. In his spare time, Brian enjoys golfing, college football and spending time with his family.

He has extensive experience in both tax and audit / attestation services. His industry experience includes construction, nonprofit organizations, investment services, manufacturing, and employee benefit plans. His experience also includes preparation of income tax returns for individuals, corporations and partnerships. Mark graduated from Frostburg State University in Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1985. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mark has volunteered as a standard bearer at the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club for 29 years. Mark also served on the Wish Night Committee for Make-A-Wish® North Texas for almost 20 years as well as serving as Ball Co-Chair of the event with his wife, Marti, in 2014. Mark and Marti enjoy playing golf and are active members at Las Colinas Country Club. They have one son, Jacob, a graduate of Texas Tech University who currently resides in Portland, Oregon.

David Antonelli

His practice area includes tax and business planning for large multi-state and small companies, as well as high-net worth and high-income individuals and business owners. His industry experience includes companies involved in health care, professional services, and family offices. David graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a Master of Science in Taxation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Public Accountants. David has previously volunteered as a member of the executive team with Random Acts, Inc for 8 years. David and his wife, Miranda, enjoy watching both college and NFL football games as well as attending comic book conventions. They also enjoy spending time with their daughter, Gracie and numerous dogs and cats.

Deanna Frisby

She specializes in providing high-quality services for nonprofit organizations, government contracts, and Uniform Guidance Compliance. Her academic achievements include graduating Summa Cum Laude from Lamar University with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting degree and also getting a Master's of Business Administration in Accounting degree from the same institution. She holds memberships in professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a 2022 graduate from Leadership Mansfield and is currently completing the EWF Emerging Leaders program and is a part of the Class 2023A. She is also an active member of the Walnut Ridge Baptist Church in Mansfield, Texas. Beyond her professional commitments, Deanna enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family, which includes her husband and two children.

Rachel attended the University of Texas at Arlington and was a member of the Goolsby Leadership Academy. She graduated with a Master of Science in Accounting and Honors Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA). Rachel is an active volunteer with TXCPA and serves on the Board for the state and Fort Worth chapter. She chairs the Branding and Community Outreach Committee and serves in a guest advisory role to other committees including Accounting Career & Education, Member Appreciation, and Young Professionals. She is passionate about financial literacy and CPA connection. In 2021, Rachel led the development and execution of #Adulting, an interactive, hands-on financial literacy program teaching teens about budgeting and financial decisions. Approximately 400 Arlington students are expected for the May 2023 event. Rachel is recognized as TXCPA Fort Worth's 2021-2022 Young CPA of the Year, a 2019 TXCPA Rising Star, and a 2018 participant of the TXCPA Fort Worth Leadership Development Program. Rachel is also a Girl Scout and Gold Award recipient. In 2019, she mentored a group of high school Girl Scouts through their own Gold Award projects: creation of a Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden and tribute mural, honoring women of the WWII era.

Bill began his career in public accounting in 1985 as an accounting intern with a local Fort Worth firm while attending Texas Christian University. Since graduating from TCU in 1987 he has continued to expand his client base and hone his professional skills in the public accounting industry. Bill's practice areas include tax and business planning and consulting for large and small multi-state companies as well as high net worth individuals and business owners. His clients are involved in Real Estate, Manufacturing, Professional, Medical Services, Oil and Gas and a wide range of other industries. In addition to being a licensed CPA, he also holds the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Bill is currently a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPA's and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
