Anthony Harper receives his master's degree, June 1987 , from The College of Idaho.
Dr. Anthony Harper (founder and executive director of Shiloh) was called to serve the indigent and working poor out of his personal experience of being saved by JESUS from drug abuse and suicide. Dr. Harper was called to establish Shiloh Counseling Center because of the help he received while affiliated with the ShilohYouth Revival Centers from 1969-1975. Dr. Harper is an Ordained Minister with a Doctorate degree in Psychology from California Coast University and a Southern Baptist Chaplain in counselingMinistry.Anthony also has a Master's degree in General Guidance and Counseling from The College of Idaho (now called Albertson College of Idaho) with post-Master's graduate work in counseling from Liberty University and has passed the National Counselor Examination. His undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies was completed at The University of The State of New York in Albany, New York.
