Erika Bain brings enthusiasm to our firm and a can-do attitude to take on a variety of projects. Erika came to us with 10 years of business administration and bookkeeping experience. She is skilled in accounting for the manufacturing, real estate, and property management industries, as well as service-based businesses. Erika has strong attention to detail while providing accurate financial reporting. Erika has an Associates Degree in Accounting from Henry Ford Community College.

Heather is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. She has over 15 years' experience in bookkeeping . Previous experience includes AR, AP, HR management, payroll, payroll taxes, financial controls, financial clean up, IRS audits, financial planning, job costing, and customer service. She is a problem solver and prides herself on clean accounting.

Lerona Gause joined Skynar Bookkeeping Services as an Accountant/Bookkeeper in August 2019. Prior to joining the firm, Lerona worked for over 15 years at other public accounting firms.

Mary Raupp joined our team with over 30 years of bookkeeping and payroll experience. Mary attended the University of Michigan Dearborn Campus and is a lifetime resident of Michigan. For the 10 years before joining Skynar Bookkeeping, she worked with a manufacturing company as an Account Manager focusing on maintaining their accounts payable and accounts receivable. Establishing proper accounting policies and protocols, Mary provides accurate and complete financial reporting.

Nancy has over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting and data management. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program Member and has a BA from the University of Michigan and MBA from Wayne State University in Finance and Information Systems. Nancy is a problem solver and is known for her tenacity and ability to find creative solutions. She takes great pride in taking the initiative to go beyond expectations and to watch out for her client's interests. In her downtime she enjoys traveling with her husband and being active in her community.
