TECH RIVER - Key Persons
Becky joined Tech River in June, 2019 and brought with her over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. From bookkeeping to payroll to cost accounting, she has done it all. Becky holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting and received her Master of Business Administration in 2014.
Becky and her husband, Lou, have an amazing, blended family of 5 children, 5 grandchildren, 3 dogs and 2 cats. She enjoys camping, trying new-to-her restaurants, and taking pictures of her favorite meals. She likes to post these pictures on Google Maps where they have over 11 million views.
Corey has been in IT Services since 1996 and a business owner and entrepreneur since 2006. He enjoys simplifying technology for clients to the point where they wonder if he's working magic. Shazam!
He believes IT companies and the technology they support should be a true asset to today's business owners and works to make that a reality for every customer.
Corey and his beautiful, supportive wife have two young children. In thier free time, you'll find them boating on the St Croix River or skiing afton alps and are strong advocates for animals and the environment.

Jason joined the team at Tech River in 2023, after spending 23 years providing managed services/SaaS to the Hospitality industry. Before starting his professional career, he received his BS in Computer Information Science from Minnesota State Mankato.
Jason has a passion for happy customers and strives to ensure he and his company exceed their customers' expectations. He feels the product/service a customer is using is only as good as the team supporting it. This approach drives him to ensure his customers receive the best possible experience when working with Tech River and the solutions they offer.
Jason, and his wife Liz, have 2 children. When he is not going to Cheer Competitions, Soccer games, or playing with his dog, he loves to spend time outdoors - with his favorite activity being his annual trip to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area.
Martin started his career at Microsoft in Redmond in 1990 that later brought him to the Twin Cities to help launch a developer training company in 1994. For the next decade he taught IT professionals worldwide to develop Web applications and has been a featured speaker at Microsoft Tech-Ed, VSLive, ASPConnections, and the Microsoft NCD Channel Summit. In 2010 he became the VP of Technology for LearnNowOnline helping it become a world-reknown, award-winning developer and IT learning content provider. In 2019, Martin teamed up with Corey to help accelerate the growth of Tech River.
For nearly thirty years, he has been driven to master the latest technology and teaching business users how they can leverage it to make their companies more competitive.
Martin and his wife, Kim, have three adult children; two work in research at Mayo and one graduating next year from Luther college. If he is not learning about the next cool tech gadget, he and his wife are sampling IPA's at new breweries or hitting the links with fellow neighborhood hackers.
After graduating with a degree in Applied Science from North Dakota State College of Science, I began my career in the medical field handling patient care as a paramedic. I then decided to expand on my passion for helping people, pair it with my passion for technology, and make a career change. After earning a certification from the University of Minnesota Cyber Security Boot Camp, I began my career in Technology.
While I love learning about the ever-changing field of technology, I also enjoy skiing at Welch Village, golfing at my favorite course, Mississippi National in Red Wing, and spending time with my family and friends at my family cabin in Pepin, WI.
I grew up in Plymouth, Minnesota but was born and spent my early childhood in Las Vegas, Nevada. In my free time I really enjoy golfing with my friends, spending time with my dog, Surly, cooking new dishes, and in the winter months I love playing hockey or going snowboarding.
I have been in the IT industry to 2 years prior to joining Tech River. What caught my attention with Tech River was their, "the best defense is offense" approach on Cybersecurity. I am excited to continue my journey with Tech River and help companies feel safe when it comes to their business.
