Dr. Aimee Parker

Job Titles:

Dr. Aimee Parker graduated with Honors from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry and a minor in Biology. After completing her undergraduate work, Dr. Parker received a Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis. She then went on to complete a Primary Eye Care residency program at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Memphis with a concentration in geriatrics and ocular disease. Dr. Parker is a member of the American Optometric Association and is currently the Treasurer of the Delaware Optometric Association. She is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. She is also proud to be a provider for the InfantSEE program. Dr. Parker is accepting patients at our Georgetown, Selbyville, and Long Neck locations.

Dr. Hayley Sprague

Dr. Hayley Sprague graduated from Indiana University with a degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Indiana School of Optometry in 2003. Dr. Sprague additionally completed a residency in corneal disease and contact lenses in 2004 at the Illinois College of Optometry. Dr. Sprague is a member of the American Optometric Association, is the chair of the Delaware Optometric Association Political Action Committee and is the Delaware Representative for the national Vision Service Plan (VSP). She is also proud to be an InfantSEE provider. Dr. Sprague is accepting patients at our Georgetown, Lewes, and Long Neck locations.

Dr. Kristen Vincent

Dr. Kristen Vincent earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a Minor in Studio Art at High Point University, North Carolina. She continued her higher education at Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University where she earned her Doctorate of Optometry with Clinical Honors. While in Optometry school, she served on a medical mission trip to Haiti to deliver eye care to those in need. During her clinical rotations, she completed an Advanced Pediatrics and Binocular Vision internship at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia. After graduation, Dr. Vincent completed a Residency in Pediatrics with a focus in Vision Therapy and Rehabilitation. She is eager to offer the unique specialty service of Vision Therapy and continue her passion of helping others utilize one of their most important senses, vision. Her primary interest is in the assessment and management of learning-related vision issues, and to enhance her patient's whole visual system through the application of lenses, prism, and therapeutic intervention. She also has a strong enthusiasm for pediatric eye care and is pleased to be an InfantSee provider. Dr. Vincent is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and a member of The American Optometric Association, The Delaware Optometric Association, and the College of Optometrists in Vision Development. She is also a member of the Pennsylvania College of Optometry's chapter of Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Vincent is a Dewey Beach native and excited to return to her hometown to continue her Optometric career. She is a member of the Dewey Beach Lions Club. She enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, beach life, and spending time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she also enjoys traveling, hiking, and painting.

Dr. Myloan Nguyen

Dr. Myloan Nguyen is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry. She earned an additional Bachelor's degree in Vision Science and her Doctor of Optometry degree with Clinical Honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. As a student she interned with some of the nation's top eye care practitioners at Einstein Hospital of Philadelphia, Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates of Havre de Grace MD, Eye Doctors of Washington, DC and the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Hospital. Dr. Nguyen is an active member of the Georgetown-Millsboro Rotary Club as well as the Georgetown, Lewes and Rehoboth-Dewey Chambers of Commerce. She is also a member of the American Academy of Optometry, the American Optometric Association, and the Delaware Optometric Association. Dr. Nguyen is accepting patients at our Georgetown, Lewes, and Long Neck locations. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

Dr. Rachel Hartman

Dr. Rachel Hartman graduated from Washington & Jefferson College with a Bachelor's degree in psychology and a concentration in neuroscience. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. While at Salus, she completed additional coursework through the Advanced Studies in Contact Lens program. Dr. Hartman has also had the opportunity to participate in a humanitarian trip to Haiti where she helped provide ocular health exams and eyeglasses to those in need. Dr. Hartman is a member of the American Optometric Association, The American Academy of Optometry, and the Delaware Optometric Association. Dr. Hartman is accepting patients at our Georgetown, Long Neck, and Selbyville locations.
