Dr Deepa is an MBBS graduate from JJM Medical College, Davengere. She has done her MSc in Clinical Research from Cranfield University, UK and Post Graduate Diploma in Pharmaceutical Management from Institute of Clinical Research India. She has more than 3 years of experience in clinical practice working in hospitals in Kerala, Pune and Bangalore. She has 15 years experience in field of clinical research industry leading Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials. She has managed both Interventional and Non-interventional studies in various domains like Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Diabetology, Respiratory diseases, Dermatology, Cardiology, Gynecology, Proctology, Sports medicine, Urology and Oncology. She has experience in handling global trials and multi-centric trials. She has also contributed a chapter in a Clinical Research Textbook - "Principles of Clinical Research". Dr Deepa has published an article in Research journal as an Author and another article as co-author.

Dr NR Sreehari (MBBS, DNB,MNAS, MCH [Neuro]) is a renowned Neurosurgeon with 20 years of experience. He has published multiple papers in Neurosciences. He has also received best paper awards in NSI and Neurovascon (2015) and has served as faculty in Neurovascular and Endovascular CME programmes and Workshops across India. He is specialized in Acute care Neurosurgery - which involves trauma, stroke surgery, aneurysms and AVMs, head and spine injuries; Endovascular and Neurovascular surgery, Robotic neurosurgery and Artificial intelligence. At Syncretic he is designated as the Medical Director.

Mr Amith Radhakrishnan has more than 24+ years of experience in the telecom and manufacturing industries and have worked as a Director, Lead Architect, Senior Manager for organizations within the Research and Technology sectors. His core expertise is in the telecom industry wherein he has around 21+ years of experience specifically within the BSS/OSS domain and have specific expertise in Telco transformation projects. He has worked as a Senior Manager for the IT Architecture and Development group within the IT Services unit of Volvo. Prior to Volvo, he was with Swisscom in Switzerland and Capgemini India Consulting as a Lead Architect and worked in delivery and pre-sales assignments. As of now, he is currently designated as the Director for Finance at Syncretic.
