Ms. Cevasco is responsible for maintaining a large case load of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall cases, and construction accidents. She also helps our clients with their lost wage claims, property damage claims, No-Fault claims and bodily injury claims.
Ms. Cevasco takes pride in making sure her clients understand every aspect of their case and maintaining a close relationship with all. Ms. Cevasco attended St. Joseph's College where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Relations.

Annemarie Corsello is a Certified Paralegal with over 20 years of real estate experience. Ms. Corsello joined Suris & Associates, P.C. in 2019. Ms. Corsello works with all real estate transactions in purchasing and selling of homes from contract to closing. Ms. Corsello takes pride with building a relationship with the clients and making sure they understand every aspect of the transaction. Ms. Corsello is a graduate of Nassau Community College with an Associates Degree and Paralegal Certificate. Ms. Corsello lives in Huntington and enjoys the outdoors, walking, swimming, gardening and traveling.
Ellen has a unique and varied business background coupled with extensive legal experience. She is a highly-sophisticated, diligent and business-savvy legal advisor.

Kathy Basios is a paralegal and calendar clerk for Suris & Associates, P.C., She is responsible for scheduling various activities that take place in the court, such as arbitrations, conferences, motions and trials. Ms. Basios performs all clerical tasks that surround the scheduling of court proceedings. She also maintains a case load of personal injury cases helping clients with their lost wage, property damage, No-Fault and bodily injury claims.
She is a paralegal with experience coordinating residential refinance and purchase transactions. Ms. Vitucci is responsible for reviewing title searches, scheduling closings, conducting a post-closing review of loan documents, and resolving any post-closing issues that may arise. Additionally, she handles the preparation of legal documents including preliminary closing disclosures, CEMA documents, powers of attorney, and deed & transfer documents. Leticia earned her B.A. at SUNY Stony Brook in Psychology and her M.S. from LIU Brentwood in Counseling.
Leticia worked with the Suris & Associates, P.C. team from 2010-2013 and returned in 2018.
Lou Mustachio is a passionate and skilled Negotiations and Mediation Specialist on a quest to fight for the rights of injured accident victims. He has been with Suris & Associates for over 10 years and has recovered millions of dollars in personal injury compensation for our clients. Growing up in Northport and having a passion for Lacrosse Lou attended Delhi University and finished his academia at Farmingdale State. Wanting to remain rooted in his community he purchased his home in Northport where he lives today with his wife Christina a Special Education Teacher in Queens, and his three daughters Madelyn, Macayla and Meadow.
Maria Zambrano Steinhaus, Esq. joined Suris and Associates, P.C. in 2007 as a bilingual Paralegal and became an Associate in November, 2018. Maria obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Communications from Farmingdale State College. After, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Temple Law School in Philadelphia where she graduated with honors. Maria's years of experience a Paralegal has given her valuable experience and knowledge on a range of negligence actions including auto accidents, slip and fall cases, construction accidents, etc. She is responsible for drafting various legal documents and managing a large case load. Maria is currently admitted to practice law in the State of Pennsylvania, the State of New York, and in the U.S. Eastern District Court of the Pennsylvania

Monica joined Suris & Associates, P.C. in January 2020. She has more than 7 years of experience in the personal injury field. She obtained her bachelor's degree from St. John's University in 2012, and graduated from Hofstra's paralegal program with honors in 2016. Monica provides support to the attorneys and her clients. She carries a heavy case load and is involved in cases from start to finish. Monica helps clients navigate the legal, medical, and financial challenges that accompany devastating injuries. She assists clients by providing regular contact and updates, and she assists with no-fault and property damage claims, maintaining the case calendar and deadlines, record retrieval, drafting letters and responding to discovery requests. Monica is available to answer general client inquiries.

Pamela Zambrano Cuzzone Esq. joined Suris & Associates, P.C. in 2017. Pamela graduated from Stony Brook University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Pamela went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from, Touro Law School, where she graduated with honors, she was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association, and the Women's Law Student Organization. Since joining Suris & Associates, Pamela has assisted in managing all aspects of the firm's personal injury cases. Pamela is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, and the Suffolk County Bar Association.

Paula Pequero Frias is a certified Paralegal for the personal injury division of the firm. With over 18 years of experience in personal injury related claims, Ms. Frias has handled and managed personal injury matters from intake to resolution. Ms. Frias is a graduate of Suffolk Community College with an Associates Degree in Criminal justice and obtained her Paralegal Certificate and Bachelors Degree in Political Science from Stony Brook University.

Robert Mitchell joined Suris & Associates, P.C. in 2020 to manage the Trusts & Estates Division of the firm and to assist the Real Estate Division. Prior to working at the firm, Robert worked over five years at a respected elder law firm in Garden City. He concentrated on estate administration, estate planning, Medicaid planning and applications, and Article 81 guardianships. He has successfully represented clients at Surrogate's Court and Supreme Court in various proceedings as well as at Medicaid Fair Hearings. Robert is qualified to serve as Court Evaluator, Guardian ad Litem, and Counsel for Alleged Incapacitated Persons in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens Counties.
Robert received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Touro Law. He was on the Executive Board as Research Editor of the Touro Law Review. During law school, Robert was one of the most published members of the Touro Law Review. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Most Outstanding Student of the Fraternity in the Nation from the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International.
Robert obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University in three years.
He survived and graduated with honors from Chaminade High School.
Robert is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
He has two wonderful children with whom he enjoys taking to baseball and hockey games, rock concerts, shooting ranges, amusement parks, historic destinations, skiing, and mountain biking.
