Lindsay has over a decade of experience in the public, private and corporate sectors of the law. Prior to joining Titan Law, she was employed in the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development for over five years where she was involved in the drafting and reform of mining legislation. During her time there, she was the Secretariat for the Mining Sector under the World Bank backed Ease of Doing Business Agenda. She was the legal focal person in the Technical Committee for the Mining Cadastre as well as the world-renowned Kimberly Process Certification Scheme, amongst other major accolades.
Lindsay contributed to formulation of strategies in the Artisanal and Small-Scale Mining Sector. She has written research papers for various Civil Society Organisations concentrating on the subject of natural resource governance. Lindsay provides legal advisory services to the Zimbabwe Miners Federation (ZMF) on an ad hoc basis on matters concerning mining issues to the organisation and its members.

She handles a broad mix of agricultural, commercial and residential property matters with a growing portfolio and expertise in new build properties, acting for developers in site acquisition and subsequent unit sales for both commercial and residential developments. She has a diverse portfolio of clients including businesses engaged in international trade, private individuals, companies and public sector bodies whose real estate needs vary in type and size.
Priscilla is a wildlife conservation enthusiast, photographer and enjoys playing golf.
