Located within the iconic walls of CHIJMES since 1996, Tatsu Sushi started as a traditional sushi bar with the vision of bringing authentic Japanese dining to Singapore. Our restaurant at Chijmes serves fresh sashimi and sushi along with seasonal creations by our chefs. Our display counters use the traditional method of maintaining fresh fish; sashimi and oysters are preserved naturally over a bed of half-moon ice, ensuring constant low temperatures.
