The aim of the Nursery is to treat all children as individuals within a warm and welcoming environment where they can play and learn happily. Great emphasis is placed on multicultural awareness and equal opportunities and so children are taught to recognise similarities and celebrate differences... The Nursery prides itself on having long serving staff who are all qualified to a minimum of level 3. All staff are DBS checked and vetted throughly to ensure they are suitable to work within our Nursery. Staff members are encouraged to constantly update their training and knowledge and so attend regular training sessions within the Nursery and with Doncaster Early Years. Specific training will be sourced if it is required to ensure we are able to meet a child's individual needs...
